Selection: The candidate is selected by the employer and this can be based on a practical or oral test. We arrange for the client the best way to evaluate the candidate. Usually, the selection is based on CVs, video meetings, or practical tests.
Pre-medical exam: After the final selection, the candidate should undergo a medical checkup to ensure that he or she is fit to travel and work.
Visa and travelling: After the successful pre-medical checkup, we send the original visa handled by the client to the candidate to complete the travel process. The final step is to book the air ticket and inform the client of the candidate's arrival date.
